  • 4/18/12: April25.m Script for demo of April 25.
  • 4/18/12: Homework 5, due May 2, has been posted.

  • 4/11/12: The TA office hours are Friday 10-11am. This is a permanent change.

  • 4/03/12: Homework 4 has been updated to include a problem for students working in pairs.

  • 3/28/12: topics.txt 4 has been updated to reflect topics for Midterm 2, which will be held in class on April 2. It is due 18 April 2012. Doing this in pairs is possible with an extra problem: please ask.

  • 03/13/12: The sketchy mid1-ans.txt answers to Midterm I are available.
  • 02/24/12: Reminder: there is a midterm on Wednesday Feb 29, in class. It is open book/notes. No gadget with wireless capability is allowed.
    Also: Homework 3 has been posted. It is supposed to be done in pairs of students. It is due 21 March 2012.

  • 02/20/12: Homework 2 has been updated to fix some typos to clarify some questions.

  • 02/07/12: Unless otherwise stated, homeworks should be handed in on paper during class. Even if late, they should be submitted all at once on paper directly to the instructor or TA (no parts submitted separately at a later time). If you send anything electronically, it must be the entire submission as a single file in PDF or plain text. We are not responsible if we have any problems reading it.
